Returns

We accept returns of eligible products provided they are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info.amityglow@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, the item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Show no signs of use, damage or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where a returned product does not meet these conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an order, as Amity Glow cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
